Step into the wild side of Madonnella for an experience that brings together nature, discovery and food around one table.
The day begins with a two-hour walk through the local landscape, discovering wild plants, ingredients and flavours along the way. Afterwards, we’ll return to Madonnella and gather around a long communal table for a seasonal lunch inspired by the wild ingredients and flavours of the surrounding land.
From roasted tomato and rosehip focaccia to acorn flour tart, the menu has been created as part of the experience — a different way to discover the landscape, not only by walking through it, but by tasting it.
Open to everyone — you don’t need to be staying at Madonnella to join us.

A walk through the surrounding landscape exploring wild plants, ingredients and local flavours.
1:00–3:30 PM · Wild Lunch
A seasonal menu enjoyed together around Madonnella’s communal table.
€55 PER PERSON- Includes the walk + full Wild Lunch menu + wild liqueur.

With wild spinach and candied citron.

With wild mixed greens, fermented pine cones, sour cream and matcha sauce with rugosa rose.
