Our table takes three forms: collaborative dining events open to the public, private meals for groups, and breakfasts, lunches, or dinners available by reservation for guests staying at Madonnella. Our food experiences are event-based gatherings created in collaboration with local and international chefs. Each event has its own menu and character, designed specifically for that date and shared at one communal table in nature.
Private meals are designed for groups (minimum 10 adults) who wish to gather in a more intimate setting. These lunches, dinners, or breakfasts are based on what is growing in our garden and what is available in the season, prepared simply and served in a relaxed countryside atmosphere.
Guests staying at Madonnella may also reserve breakfast, lunch, or dinner during their stay. These meals follow the same garden-to-table approach and are offered upon request. All formats are shaped by the season, our garden, and a quiet, attentive approach to hospitality.
We offer private lunches, dinners, aperitivi, and brunches with a fixed menu that goes beyond traditional course structures. Our cuisine is vegetarian, simple, and seasonal, inspired by what the land provides. Minimum 10 adults · by reservation Madonnella is not a restaurant, but a family-run place. We welcome private groups only, with advance booking required.

If you are staying at Madonnella, you can request breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Meals are prepared with ingredients from our garden and local producers, depending on availability and the season. The cuisine is simple and fresh, designed to be shared in a relaxed atmosphere. Meals are available by reservation, and we kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you would like to include them during your stay.

Mariangela - Founder & Creative Soul.
Madonnella was born from Mariangela’s desire to create a space where nature, food, and creativity coexist in harmony. Rooted in her love for the organic garden and seasonal ingredients, her philosophy is simple: cook with what the earth offers, respect its rhythm, and share it generously. Her plant-based cuisine is not about rules, but about celebrating abundance, color, and vitality. After working in vegetable gardens in London and hosting lievito madre gatherings and food experiences in Rome, she shaped Madonnella as a place for slow living, long tables, and meaningful connection — where simplicity becomes something deeply beautiful.
Valentina - Chef & Sommelier.
Valentina brings refinement, curiosity, and a quiet elegance to Madonnella’s kitchen. A trained chef with years of experience in celebrated cafés and kitchens such as Marigold and restaurants across Europe, she combines technical skill with sensitivity to flavor and texture. Her plates and desserts are thoughtful and balanced — never excessive, always harmonious — reflecting the same respect for quality and seasonality that defines Madonnella’s philosophy. As a passionate wine sommelier, she also delights in pairing flavors and creating subtle dialogues between food and glass.
Where Mariangela listens to the garden, Valentina listens to nuance — sweetness, acidity, aroma — transforming each meal into a gentle crescendo that lingers.
