If you are staying at Madonnella, you can request breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Meals are prepared with ingredients from our garden and local producers, depending on availability and the season.
The cuisine is simple and fresh, designed to be shared in a relaxed atmosphere.Meals are available by reservation, and we kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you would like to include them during your stay.
How many types of pasta fresca do you know? Every recipe carries its own tradition. During this workshop, you will learn the secrets of Italian fresh pasta. Together, we will prepare fettuccine, ravioli, and gnocchi. What’s included: ingredients, hands-on preparation, recipes, and tasting.

Relax in our hot tub, nestled beneath oak trees beyond the Teatro Verde. Heated by a wood-burning stove, this Siberian larch tub offers warm water, valley views, and peaceful surroundings. Enjoy a moment of relaxation immersed in nature, or treat yourself to a wellness massage.
Hot Tub: €30 per person (1 hour, towels and firewood included). Advance booking required.

We collaborate with organic wineries that share our values. With us, you can discover these wonderful producers through a tasting of three local wines from the Lazio region, guided step by step by our sommelier. Includes a tasting of three wines, accompanied by a small selection of cheeses, our homemade pickled vegetables, and taralli.

Explore the Agro Romano through a guided walk and honey tasting. Wander through Madonnella’s grounds, learning about the plants, trees, and bee-friendly species that shape the landscape. Learn how bees connect with nature and how honey preserves its flavors, while tasting local honey and hearing stories about beekeeping and ecology.

We collaborate with Andrea, creator of Alchimista Lactis, whose cheeses reflect the territory and creativity of Lazio. Made from goat, cow, and sheep milk, each cheese has its own unique character. Discover these wonderful local flavors through a cheese board, paired with our homemade jams and sourdough bread, enjoyed on our terrace surrounded by olive trees.

Explore ceramics with Karla Sotres, founder of Geogrāfica Ceramica. Learn to shape clay and create your own unique handmade pieces in a relaxed, inspiring setting. Choose between a family-friendly session or an adult workshop. Materials, glazing, and firing of up to three pieces are included. Your finished creations will be ready for collection within 1–2 months.

Visit Cantina Duilio, just a short distance from Madonnella, where Stefano and Irma craft natural wines using spontaneous fermentation, native yeasts, and no added sulfites or chemicals. Explore their beautiful tuff cave in Campagnano, where the wines are produced and aged, and enjoy a guided tasting while learning about their philosophy and winemaking methods.
