For those staying at Madonnella, we offer a collection of experiences designed to help you fully settle into the rhythm of the place — slow, natural, and deeply local. From tastings and creative workshops to moments of rest, each experience is thoughtfully curated with people who share our values.
What we do, is collaborating with selected cellars: we always choose people and wines with our own values, that’s why we would like to offer to you this experience with organic cellars.
You will taste three glasses of organic wine from our region with our sommelier. The wine tasting will last one hour and a half and here’s what’s included: three glasses of organic wine and guided tasting with the sommelier, a little cheese tasting, homemade pickles and Italian taralli.

CHEESE TASTING FROM ALCHIMISTA LACTIS
We’re glad to collaborate with Andrea from Alchimista Lactis, a creative cheesemaker who loves his job and all the different combinations with the cheese. He works with sheep, cow and goat milk to create different kind of artisanal products!
We are excited to let you taste his products, which enclose all the territory and his creativity. You can reserve your cheese board, that will be accompanied with homemade jams and sourdough bread. It will be served on our terrace surrounded by the olive trees. A memorable experience.

in the cellar with cantina Duilio
Stefano and Irma are a young couple with strong ideas: they produce their own wine in Campagnano, close to us, in the most natural way. Their wines have no chemicals, neither in the cellar, nor in the field. They vinify in a wonderful and unique tuff cave, adding zero sulphites.
We’re glad to propose to you an amazing experience in their cellar: visit to the cave, wine tasting and you can have the chance to buy their own wine.
