GREEN ROOM
Double or Twin Room
Verde means “green”in Italian, and the reason for it is that this room has an open dialogue with the green valley outside, which bursts in through the prominent window. Everything here is calming and natural, and every piece of furniture was gathered in one of our trips around the world, and carefully edited. We particularly love the vintage enamel bath, which confers the room a sense of timeless comfort. The bed is entirely organic, from the cocomat mattress to our natural linens and blankets.
The Green Room costs €160 per night in low season and €180 in high season, Easter and bank holidays.
The minimum stay is 2 nights, or 4 nights in July, August, Easter and bank holidays. Discounts are available for stays over 10 nights.
RATES & MINIMUM STAY
Breakfast, swimming pool access, daily cleaning, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and parking are included.
Daily towel changes are not included; replacement towels left on the floor cost €7 each, as part of our effort to reduce water consumption and waste.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
City tax is €6 per person per day from age 10. Early check-in and late check-out cost €30 each. Laundry costs €10, with an additional €8 for ironing. Dogs are welcome for an extra fee of €60–€80 per stay.
ADDITIONAL FEES
For early bookings, the cancellation period is 2 months; for other reservations, at least 30 days' notice is required. Last-minute cancellations are not accepted. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received a reply to your enquiry.

Breakfast at Madonnella
Breakfast is an important part of life at Madonnella. A moment to recharge, plan the day, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In spring and summer, breakfast is served on our terrace beneath the olive trees. Our selection changes with the seasons and what grows in our garden, including bread, homemade jams, cakes and biscuits, yoghurt, and savoury treats. A slow morning ritual that many of our guests remember long after their stay.
HOT TUB
Beyond the Green Theatre, beneath the shade of holm oak trees, our wood-fired hot tub offers a quiet place to relax surrounded by nature. Made from Siberian larch and heated with a wood-burning stove, it is a chance to enjoy the warm water, the sounds of the forest and the view over the valley. As the water takes around two hours to heat, advance booking is required. €30 per person · 1 hour · Towels and firewood included
