PIZZA AND FOCACCIA ART
Take a moment to really learn how to make the Italian pizza and focaccia. If you are by your own or with your family and you want to learn how to knead the leavened products, here is for you!
At the end of the workshop you will also taste them in a convivial moment. We will give you the tools, aprons and recipes, to better learn the art of Italian pizza and focaccia. Everything is explained by our staff that will guide you on the realization.
Costs:
1 person: 35 euro, couple: 60 euro, 3 people: 90 euro, 4 people 120 euro.
Time: 2 or 3 hours.
The workshop includes: ingredients, preparation, pizza/focaccia dough, waiting for the leavening, filling and tasting.
pasta fresca - cooking class
Tortellini, lasagne, fettuccine, gnocchi, ravioli… How many types of pasta fresca do you know? Every recipe has its own tradition.
Are you ready to put your hands on the dough? During the workshop you will learn the secrets of the Italian pasta. We will realize fettuccine, ravioli and gnocchi. At the end, there will be a convivial moment to taste the pasta we made together.

tiramisù
There’s nothing more Italian than the tiramisù. So, why don’t we learn to make it all together?
If you want to learn how to make tiramisù and enjoy a funny moment, between recipes and the history of this famous dessert, this is literally for you. You will learn how to make a perfect mascarpone cream and a perfect tiramisù! During the workshop we will provide you tools, aprons and recipes and, of course, the help of our staff.

CLAY PAUSE WITH KARLA SOTRES
for families, travellers and explorers
Take a creative break with your loved ones and make your stay at 'Madonnella Agricola' a unique and very special moment to treasure. This brief experience will allow you to approach the world of ceramics through the essential manipulation of clay.
Drawing inspiration from the nature around us, and guided by Karla's expertise, you will handcraft up to three simple small objects, unique as you are. During this 'clay pause' Karla will share with you her "slow" vision and the skills behind her creative process. In particular, you will learn and practice the slab and pinch pot techniques.

About Karla Sotres, founder of Geogrāfica Ceramica :
I am a Mexican product designer and ceramic artist. I was born and brought up in Mexico City where I lived until 2013 when I moved to Italy.
In 2014 I founded Geogrāfica, my ceramic brand and home studio based in the rural Lazio, Italy. Here I follow the creative process, teach and share my journey, co- organize community projects and dedicate myself to my family.
I will be your tutor in this unique experience.

2. When will I get my pieces?
A waiting period of 1 to 2 months is required before your items are ready to be delivered.
3. How do I register to the workshop?
You can check the availability of the creative experience and book in advance via email with Mariangela or register directly at the venue at least 24 hours before.
4. How will the payment be made?
Payment will be made directly to Karla on the day of the workshop.
